Transportation Detail:
Bus transportation will be provided by Seniors Unlimited. We will be sharing the bus with Team #33 – Notre Dame Prep – Killer Bees
All students MUST return to PCHS in the transportation they arrived in unless coach pre-approved arrangements are made. Students cannot be released for transportation with any other adult.

Because this away trip leaves very early in the morning we are requiring that all students check in for a pre-trip event, get to know you, at Pontiac Central High School between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm. This will assure that students are not late and this will reduce the disruption to your household.
Tuesday April 10th
All students bring luggage (1 suitcase, team travel bag, small pillow and blanket) to Pontiac Central between 9:30 pm and 10:00 pm for a get to know each other gathering between teams.

Wednesday April 11th
Bus will arrive at 2:30 am for loading
Bus will depart at 3:00 am sharp.
Driver switch – Bowling Green Ohio at about 8:00 am
Breakfast at that time.
Lunch to be determined
Arrive hotel at 4:30 pm – check in room
Set-up team delivers HOF, uncrates robot (2 HOF, 2 Un-crate) at Dome
Team dinner at location TBD
Pool activities (coach required)
Team meeting 10:00 pm
Lights out 11:00 pm

Thursday April 12th
Breakfast at hotel 6:00 am to 6:45 am

Friday April 13th

Sunday April 15th
Breakfast at hotel – all 7:00 am – 8:00 am
Load Bus 8:15 am – 8:45 am
Depart for Pontiac 9:00 am

Arrive at PCHS 11:47 pm
I will provide the public agenda when it becomes available.

Food: All team members will be given a food allowance that will cover meals not provided for by the team. Breakfast is available at the hotel except Wednesday which we will have on the road.
All students should bring a small amount ($30.00 to $40.00) to purchase additional drinks or snacks at the event and hotel.

Assignments: Every student will have a job assignment as indicated on the event spreadsheet (provided later). All students MUST follow the assignments and the directions of the coaches at all times.

General Student Information:
- All students will receive a grade for activities at this event by each of the coaches.
- Students will be excused from school, however, they should make arrangements for classroom assignments in advance to keep up their grades. Study time will allocated on the bus on Wednesday and Sunday.
- Students with grades below team standards will NOT be allowed to attend the event.
- All students and parents are required to read the “Student Handbook” as it relates to events.
- All students are REQUIRED to stay Tuesday Evening.
- All students MUST be in designated uniform.
- All students must follow guidelines for activities at events.
- All students should read very carefully the student handbook for special rules as they apply to events not local.

Parents and family are encouraged to attend the competition.
ALSO Safety glasses are REQUIRED if you enter the pit area. Please do not violate this rule as it will impact the awards that the team may receive.
Since this is an away trip we encourage all students to have a cell phone for communication. We also expect that you will be available to pick up your student at the designated arrival time at the end of the trip.
