Transportation Detail:
Parents/coaches are providing transportation to this event. Students will be indicating whom they will be riding with. Each student will have a signed permission slip indicating their transportation arrangements.
All students MUST return to PCHS in the transportation they arrived in unless coach pre-approved arrangements are made. Students cannot be released for transportation with any other adult that is NOT on the permission slip.

Wednesday March 28th
ALL students should bring their luggage (1 suitcase and the Team travel bag) to the autoshop between 6:30 am and 7:00 am for storage. Please read the team handbook regarding items allowed.
Depart from PCHS at 2:00 pm
Arrive in Grandville about 5:30 pm
Check in to rooms / unpack

Thursday March 29th
Breakfast at hotel Adv. Team 6:30 am – 7:15 am, full team 6:15 am – 8:00 am

Attached is the public agenda. Here are some changes and additions:
Thursday: ALL Team members are expected to be ready to leave on time.
Friday: ALL Team members are expected to be ready to leave on time.
Saturday: ALL Team members are expected to be packed to leave on time
Food: All team members will be given a food allowance that will cover meals not provided for by the team. Breakfast is available at the hotel. Drivers will not be making breakfast run for other food. Food is available at the event for lunch.
All students should bring a small amount ($20.00 to $30.00) to purchase additional drinks or snacks at the event and hotel.

Assignments: Every student will have a job assignment as indicated on the event spreadsheet (provided later). All students MUST follow the assignments and the directions of the coaches at all times.

General Student Information:
- All students will receive a grade for activities at this event by each of the coaches.
- Students are expected to attend all three days.
- Students will be excused from school, however, they should make arrangements for classroom assignments in advance to keep up their grades.
- Students with grades below team standards will NOT be allowed to attend the event.
- All students and parents are required to read the “Student Handbook” as it relates to events.
- Students that are late to transportation cause problems for the entire group. Transportation is NOT to wait for late students.
- All students MUST be in designated uniform.
- All students must follow guidelines for activities at events.
- All students should read very carefully the student handbook for special rules as they apply to events not local.

Parents and family are encouraged to attend the competition.
ALSO Safety glasses are REQUIRED if you enter the pit area. Please do not violate this rule as it will impact the awards that the team may receive.
Since this is an away trip we encourage all students to have a cell phone for communication. We also expect that you will be available to pick up your student at the designated arrival time at the end of the trip.
