Transportation Detail:
Parents are providing transportation to this event. Students will
be indicating whom they will be riding with. We will need additional
drivers. Each student will have a signed permission slip indicating
their transportation arrangements.
All students MUST return to PCHS in the transportation they arrived in unless coach pre-approved arrangements are made. Students cannot be released for transportation with any other adult that is NOT on the permission slip.
Attached is the public agenda. Here are some changes and additions:
Thursday: ALL Team members are expected to arrive at the event no
later than 8:15. This means that your transportation should leave
PCHS no later than 7:15.
I expect that most team members will be able to leave by 5:00 (may
be changed)
Friday: ALL Team members are expected to arrive at the event no later than 7:45. This means that your transportation should leave PCHS no later than 6:45. I expect that most team members will be able to leave by 5:00 (may be changed)
Saturday: ALL Team members are expected to arrive at the event no later than 7:45. This means that your transportation should leave PCHS no later than 6:45. I expect that most team members will be able to leave by 4:30 (may be changed).
Food: All team members are expected to eat prior to transportation. Drivers should NOT stop for breakfast. Food or drink CANNOT be brought into the event.
The team will be providing lunch. No students are allowed to leave the field house at any time.
All students should bring a small amount ($5.00 to $10.00) to purchase
additional drinks or snacks at the event.
Assignments: Every student will have a job assignment as indicated
on the event spreadsheet (provided later). All students MUST follow
the assignments and the directions of the coaches at all times.
General Student Information:
- All students will receive a grade for activities at this event
by each of the coaches.
- Students are expected to attend all three days.
- Students will be excused from school, however, they should make
arrangements for classroom assignments in advance to keep up their
grades.
- Students with grades below team standards will NOT be allowed
to attend the event.
- All students and parents are required to read the “Student
Handbook” as it relates to events.
- Students that are late to transportation cause problems for the
entire group. Transportation is NOT to wait for late students.
- All students MUST be in designated uniform.
- All students must follow guidelines for activities at events.
- All students should have breakfast prior to transportation.
Parents and family are encouraged to attend the competition. Please
be aware that seating space is very limited at this event.
ALSO Safety glasses are REQUIRED if you enter the pit area. Please do not violate this rule as it will impact the awards that the team may receive.
